RMB’s Africa’s Fearless Thinker Award
The RMB Africa’s Fearless Thinker Award celebrates a visionary individual (male or female) whose bold, transformative ideas are reshaping the landscape of gender mainstreaming in Africa. This award honours a trailblazer recognised by their peers and community for pioneering thought leadership that challenges conventions, breaks barriers, and drives meaningful change. Nominate a thinker who dares to lead, act, and inspire.
Award Criteria
Innovative Thought Leadership: The individual must demonstrate ground-breaking ideas that redefine approaches to gender mainstreaming, offering fresh perspectives that inspire and influence others.
Confidence and Resolve: Candidates must exhibit unwavering determination and courage in advocating for their ideas, even in the face of resistance or adversity.
Actionable Impact: The ideas must be practical and scalable, with clear evidence of implementation or adoption by the individual, their community, or a broader audience.
Community Recognition: The nominee should be celebrated by colleagues, peers, or their community for their contributions to advancing gender mainstreaming through innovative thinking.
