The past 20 years of my career involved exposure to various strategic business partner roles that include Leadership Development, Human Resource Consultant/Specialist, Divisional Executive HR Manager and Head: Human Resources. All roles involved a huge focus on organizational development and change. My key strength lies in building strong stakeholder relationships by understanding the business context and implementing Human Capital solutions that enable business performance.
My experience in the Human Resource field include exposure to various facets of the discipline such as talent management, learning, performance management, industrial relations and leadership development. I am passionate about driving HR strategy to enhance business performance.
