Roshinee Naidoo
Roshinee Naidoo has a career span of over 20 years as an experienced Bid Director and Strategic Leader in Bid and Proposal management driving high-value contracts and revenue growth. She has worked in diverse multicultural industries making a significant impact on Sales and Commercial Excellence. Having worked extensively in the Middle East, India and Africa. In 2017. She has become the first women in color with the APMP highest level proposal accreditation in Africa and the only woman in the UAE out of only two in the Middle East with this accreditation.
As part of her continuous studies she possesses an MBA and is currently pursuing her DBA. She also holds certifications in Leadership with Harvard University. With her continuous development and passion for the bid and proposal industry, Roshinee has exceeded in the field with well over 70 certifications in Leadership and in her profession.
Roshinee has been featured in the 2008 issue of Brainstorm IT Magazine. She is an advocate for change in the bid industry championing more women equality. She also served as the Co- Chair on the Professionals of Color on the International APMP DEI Board and continues to challenge the status quo on gender equality and an active advocate for women’s health championing change to live a more empowered life. In 2022, she has participated in the Global Women in Bids and Proposals Leadership Conference as Chair and Key Note Speaker. She has been the speaker at the International APMP Conference in 2020. She is also involved in a number of female empowered network groups in the UAE and SA.
Currently she is the Chair of the Women in Bids and Proposals in the Middle East and the creator of the South African and Middle East bid community. Roshinee Naidoo is a proudly South African and a global citizen that has travelled extensively, her main objective to pay it forward and uplift her community and give back to society. Her mantra in life is “Nothing is impossible. The word itself says ‘I’m possible!’”
