Romana has over 35 years experience in the tech space within East Africa based in Nairobi from software development, project management to fintech leadership. Currently leading Interswitch Kenya business from 2015 building strategy and developing a robust payment ecosystem for financial services for the country. She has spent over 10 years in banking implementing IT Service Delivery and Service Management as well as delivering numerous projects including the Africa wide centralization Project within East and Southern Africa for Standard Chartered Bank, Group Technology.
