I am a seasoned Executive in Human Resources with over two and a half decades of experience in Organisational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Restructuring, Skills Development, Employment Equity, Policy Development, Employee Wellness, Recruitment, Employee Benefits, Mentoring and Coaching, Training, Performance Management and Payroll. Throughout my career, I have established myself as a Human Resources and Broad-Based Transformation leader with extensive reach across Africa and South Africa.

I have successfully influenced and led numerous strategic HR initiatives, driving transformational projects across various sectors, including Renewable Energy, Waste Management, Logistics, Mining, IT, and FMCG. My expertise lies in Transformation, specifically in enhancing the Transformational Scorecard and BBBEE through impactful strategic programs. These include incubating and developing SMEs, Supplier Development, Enterprise Development, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Socioeconomic Development, and Stakeholder Engagement.

As a lifelong academic, I am passionate about guiding and nurturing others. I currently serve as a Supervisor to Masters and PhD students at various Academic Institutions, where I mentor the next generation of leaders.

I am a resilient advocate for change and transformation, with a vision to help organizations navigate challenges while adhering to market guidelines and best practices in HR. My ultimate goal is to support the transformation of lives and communities through strategic HR leadership and innovation, where businesses thrive. Living to my purpose of “Changing lives, transforming communities, empowering business”.
