A trained and experienced pharmacist and business practitioner, Olayinka has the knowledge and experience to create sustainable organisational and individual wealth with integrity. Through years of developing his leadership and management skills, Olayinka contributes innovative ideas, analytical perspectives, as well as people management and organisational skills.
He has experience in leading and building world class leadership teams, while attracting and developing top talent. Olayinka takes pride in building the right organisational capabilities to align with business strategies alongside leading customer facing teams.
He has worked at Pfizer for more than a decade in various roles in West Africa, cementing his position as an experienced and knowledgeable executive in the region. Prior to rejoining Pfizer, Olayinka was the pioneer Country manager of Sanofi-Nigeria, worked at Fidson Healthcare PLC as a General Manager -for Business Development and Strategic Planning and the Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Covey Organisation Services West Africa, among other positions.

Olayinka holds a B.Pharm degree from the University of Jos in Nigeria, a fellow of pharmaceutical society of Nigeria (FPSN) and fellow of Nigeria academy of pharmacy (FNAP).
