Nkhonde Fumbeshi is a dynamic and versatile Lawyer with an extensive and diverse professional background that spans across business consulting, media, property and climate-related expertise. Her exceptional achievements in these distinct fields are a demonstration of her exceptional skills, insightful thinking, and commitment to driving innovation and sustainability across industries.

Nkhonde is an Advocate of the High me Court for Zambia practicing under Messrs. Andrew and Partners Legal Practitioners and Notaries handling legal advisory for start-ups and corporations in business registration, investment, compliance requirements, estate and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions. She Further handles advisory in media, real estate, environmental and criminal law among others.

Nkhonde is the host of Women@Money show on Money FM Radio. Through this and other platforms, she aims to help women start, stay, succeed and lead in businesses, workplaces and generally in life. She believes that it is not enough to just speak of gender equality but to make sure that each woman plays a role in ensuring that women have the opportunity to participate in economic activities and most importantly are empowered in various ways while remaining relevant in attaining Sustainable Development Goals.

Nkhonde holds a Bachelor of Laws from the university and Bachelor of Mass communication She has among others co-founded Zambia’s first Business Radio Money FM & Fairworld – a property valuation and advisory firm. Innovo Consult- focused on helping SMEs strive, Women Leaders for Climate Action and is a member of the Law Association of Zambia Climate Change Task Force. Nkhonde leverages over 18 years of diverse experience.

She has previously worked in the Judiciary of Zambia assisting in the fair dispensation of Justice (Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Magistrates Courts), Comesa Court of Justice (Lusaka & Sudan), Arbitral Tribunals, Lands & Tax Appeals Tribunals, NGOs, radio/television and public relations/image among others.
