Helena Conradie is a seasoned business leader and former CEO of Satrix, the leading index-tracking business in South Africa.
Helena co-founded TenFour Partners in 2022, an independent, women-owned business consultancy. The name TenFour represents their core value drivers: SDG10 (Reducing inequalities) and IDG4 (Collaboration). With her deep understanding of the link between purpose and profit, the business consultancy’s focus is to inspire and collaborate with others to impact society at large by prioritising social responsibility and sustainability in business.
Helena is a CFA charterholder and holds a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. She serves on the Council of the University of Stellenbosch, and the boards of Satrix and Strate. She is also a member of the FTSE/JSE Advisory Committee and JSE Buy Side Council. She serves on the Women in ETF Board for the EMEA region, is a member of the Responsible Leaders Network of the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt and an active member of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Network Community
