With a passion for people, Alison has specialised in marketing and communications throughout her 20-year career in the financial services industry.

She moved to RMB in 2017 after spending 13 years at Standard Bank, where she was previously Head of the Corporate and Investment Banking Marketing and Communications, where she developed a passion for Africa and B2B marketing. In her earlier career, she spent time at Absa Capital where her focus was on building the brand.

As a leader, her passion is growing and building highly effective teams by unlocking individual and team potential, playing people to their strengths in driving value and using the collective for good. Alison is also an internal RMB coach and has a passion for growing gender inclusive leadership.

Alison has an Honours Degree in Business Management from the University of Stellenbosch.

When Alison is not hard at work, she is a mom and wife who enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, swimming, reading décor magazines and is learning to play the piano.
