As Chief People Officer at Sandock Austral Shipyards, the largest shipyard in Southern Africa, I drive performance transformation, stakeholder engagement & Organisational renewal in one of Africa’s most strategic industries.

Previously, as HR Director at Hesto Harnesses, I was part of a leadership team that secured major new business, creating over 6,000 jobs.

I remain deeply committed to industrialisation, skills development & inclusive growth that transforms both Companies & communities.

In addition to my executive role, I serve on several Board advisory roles.
