Inclusive Leader Award
The Inclusive Leader Award is open to individuals from any sector who demonstrate exceptional commitment to advancing inclusion and belonging, particularly gender, in their sphere of influence. These leaders don’t just advocate; they act – implementing policies, mentoring talent, or reshaping cultures to ensure everyone has a seat at the table. Their work reflects the belief that inclusion isn’t a checkbox but a catalyst for innovation, profitability, and social good. Whether leading a multinational, a startup, or a community initiative, they inspire others, proving that leadership is about lifting as you rise.
