Tendai Murahwa is a sustainability strategist based in Rwanda, specialising in gender mainstreaming in the private sector. She is Managing Consultant at Diversity Dividend Africa Ltd and a member of faculty at African Leadership University. Tendai’s 20 year career spans the banking, insurance and management consultancy sectors.
