Glory is a LinkedIn Visibility Coach and Lead Consultant at the Inspired by Glory Academy, where she teaches mid-senior level career women how to build visibility and establish thought leadership on LinkedIn, so they can get the recognition they deserve, earn more money and climb the corporate ladder. She is also the founder of the first of it’s kind digital enabled community for career women, the 9to5Chick Inner Circle, which aims to provide career women throughout Africa with mentors, access to signature career resources and networking opportunities.

Glory’s training and consulting clients include Schneider Electric, Access Bank, Sterling Bank, Shell Women Network, AIICO Insurance, Ocean Deep Drilling ESV Nigeria Limited (ODENL), FCSL Asset Management Company Limited, Association of Professional Women’s Bankers, Addosser Micro Finance Bank, Women in Finance NG, Women Inspiring Impact Network, to mention a few. Her personal coaching clients and course participants include mid-senior level executives in companies such as Shell, SAP, ECO Bank, Unilever, The British Council, Sterling Bank, BBC, IBM and a combination of NGOs and government establishments.

Her clients have received high profile appointments, commendations in their careers, been featured in recognized media and head hunted for global opportunities, launched career mentorship platforms and gotten clarity on their professional thought leadership brands. Till date she has provided training and coaching services for over 500 women.

Glory is an alumni of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers and has been listed as one of Nigeria’s 100 Most Inspiring Women and in 2019 was named as a Woman who Made Impact by Guardian Nigeria. She was recently nominated for the 2020 African LinkedIn Influencer Award and has also been featured in many notable magazines and platforms including Guardian Woman, Guardian Life, Ebony Life TV, Genevive Magazine and Arise.

Glory holds a PhD in Real Estate and Planning from the University of Reading, UK and is a Certified Expert in climate change and renewable energy finance and regularly consults on climate change policy documents
