She has over 20 years’ experience in Commercial, Corporate & Retail Banking, Value Chain Management, Digital Financial Services, Merchant Acquiring, Agent Banking and Financial Inclusion.

Currently serving as Executive Head, Distribution & Stakeholder Engagement at SANEF (Shared Agent Network Facilities Limited) and with her passion for Financial Inclusion& Digital Payments, Uche brings her talent and wealth of knowledge in this field to drive Financial Inclusion in Nigeria amongst other areas working with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Government stakeholders and other Financial Service Industry (FSI) ecosystems to achieve this goal.

Uche is a very passionate and self-driven individual and is committed to motivating and mentoring young people, youth, and women.

She is a Certified Product Manager, a member of the Association of International Product Marketing & Management (AIPMM), a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a member of the National Financial Inclusion Technical Committee, (NFITC) Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), a certified BDSP Associate (SMEDAN), LPI-IFC TPMA Certified Trainer, a Fellow of Acumen West Africa and a Fellow of The Microfinance Association, UK.
