A custodian of the entire accounting, reporting, taxation, and risk management functions and compliance for the group, including overall oversight of other support functions. A strategic financial partner to the business, guiding on matters of policy, governance, sound financial principles and corporate strategy. Responsible for driving the formulation and implementation of a financial strategy that supports the overall strategic objectives of the business. Rose is a qualified CA (SA) and serves on boards across various industries.
