Rebecca Harvie celebrated a decade at Citadel in 2023. She joined in a marketing role, after many years of working offshore, and transitioned into a Partner role 4 years later. Her focus is on strategic initiatives, through collaboration and partnership. Rebecca is fiercely independent and passionate about financial wellness and financial literacy. She is in her fifth year as Chairlady for the Adele Searll 100 Club, a 45-year-old philanthropic organisation, which focuses on tertiary education. In addition, Rebecca sits on a number of boards, including Chairperson of the Baxter Theatre Board. She is proudly South African, rooted in the Cape where she enjoys all the city has to offer, including swimming in the Atlantic Ocean most days.
