Naomi, Director at Livingston Leandy Inc, is an admitted attorney and conveyancer with extensive experience in high value commercial litigation, recoveries, and the administration of deceased estates. Naomi provides hands on strategic guidance in the dispute resolution department. She is an accredited mediator and a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators of South Africa. Naomi is well versed in legislation applicable to domestic and international arbitrations and is familiar with the rules applicable to arbitrations conducted under the auspices of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa. Naomi has lectured the Personal Injury Law components of the training programme which is offered by the School for Legal Practice, is on the Law Society of South Africa’s assessors panel, and participates in the drafting of the personal injury law component of the attorneys admission examination as a convener in that category.

Naomi is on the board of directors of the South African Medico-Legal Association and a member of the Black Lawyers Association; the 30% Club and Business Engage. Naomi has been part of the Executive Management Structure at Livingston Leandy for several years. She is married, has two children and is passionate about empowering others through legal education and training.
