Lolade Awogbade–is a seasoned Sustainability professional with over 12 years of multi-national corporate experience in Human Resource Management Consulting, Technology, Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship.

She has held past strategic and leadership roles including missions at Accenture, Chams Plc, Union Bank and currently oversees Sustainability at the Development Bank of Nigeria.

Lolade is well versed in the areas of sustainability, financial inclusion, human resource management and organizational analysis, strategy and corporate citizenship. She also has adept experience in matching international best practice and standards to local complex environments through experience across these areas.

Through her work, Lolade has become adept at partnering and creating social impact strategies working in conjunction with key non-profit partners across a variety of industries. She is familiar with the terrain and is able to guide strategy for operators in these areas.

Fluent in French and Yoruba, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics and Modern Languages from the University of Essex and a Masters of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Analysis from Kings College London.
