Dr. Khetsiwe Dlamini is a successful global business leader, strategist, innovator, advisor, management consultant, and gender equality expert. She is the only African female to have held the role of Chief of Staff of UN Women, which is the only UN agency mandated by all member countries to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment throughout the world. Dr. Dlamini championed gender and capital markets initiatives at UN Women, such as the Orange Bond, the FSD Africa-led African gender bond landscape report, and the Women of the World endowment, all of which continue to grow and have lasting effects.

Dr. Dlamini is currently the Founder and Executive Director of Triple C Advisory (TCA), an African global gender lens and diversity advisory firm that provides strategy, fund mobilisation, project management, and impact assessment services. She is a sought-after advisor and speaker, known for her strategic approach, corporate and organisational development experience, and pragmatic insights.

Dr. Dlamini is well-published. Her book, “Recognizing Men’s Role in Women’s Entrepreneurial Success,” has been translated into seven languages, including Polish, and is widely cited in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and gender equality scholarship. She believes that achieving gender equality requires teamwork across genders, making it everyone’s business, not just women’s.
