Audrey has rich experience in the financial services industry with over 15 years working relationship with Barclays bank now Absa and currently the Head of SME banking. Her leadership has transformed a previously non-performing business into a thriving business segment winning the best SME bank in Ghana in 2019 and 2020. She played a leading role in conceptualizing, developing and launching of Absa’s first women banking proposition which seeks to drive financial inclusion, financially and intellectually empower women entrepreneurs. Prior to this role, she served as the Head of Service Excellence and was a member of the bank’s Country Management Team for 4 years. She has led at senior level for over 13 years leading eight different teams. She is the Board chairperson of Rehoboth foundation, a cutting-edge leadership training organization headquartered in UK. Vice Chairperson of Women Network forum, a diversity and inclusion Initiative in the bank. She is a Chartered marketer from CIM UK, A fellow of UCLA/Santander W50 2017 Cohort and was a jury member of the Strive Masiyiwa Gogettez award 2019.
